常见问题

1. 如何联系 QuikePhoto 支持团队?

2. 为什么 SMB/NAS 没有读取到图片?

请确认主机地址可访问,并先在 iOS「文件」App 中完成服务器挂载。若设备限制了直连,建议先通过「文件夹」来源导入已挂载目录。

3. 如何从图库加载指定时间段照片?
  1. 进入选片页,点击来源按钮中的「图库」。
  2. 选择开始日期和结束日期。
  3. 点击「加载」,系统会按批次读取照片。
4. 筛选后没有照片显示怎么办?

请检查是否同时开启了多个筛选条件(格式、日期、ISO、快门、光圈)。可先关闭筛选开关,再逐项开启定位具体条件。

5. 如何进入双图对比模式?
  1. 在选片页双击第一张照片。
  2. 再双击另一张照片,自动进入上下对比。
  3. 长按可启用放大镜,竖向滑动可给对应图片打标记。
6. Bridge 兼容功能怎么用?
  1. 在选片设置里开启「Bridge 兼容」。
  2. 使用文件夹或 SMB/NAS 来源加载照片。
  3. 根据需要导入 Bridge 结果,或导出 CSV / 写入 XMP sidecar。
7. 应用会自动删除我的照片吗?

不会。仅当你在图库来源下主动选择删除淘汰照片并完成系统确认后,才会执行永久删除。

8. 整理模式中的“跳过权重”是什么?

被你下滑“跳过”的照片会降低后续随机出现概率。你可以在整理设置里清除跳过记录,恢复统一概率。

9. SMB 密码会如何保存?

连接历史中的主机和用户名保存在本机,密码使用 iOS Keychain 保存,不会上传到开发者服务器。

How do I contact QuikePhoto support?

Why are no images loaded from SMB/NAS?

Please verify host connectivity and mount the server in the iOS Files app first. If direct SMB access is restricted on your device, use the Folder source to open the mounted share.

How do I load photos from a specific date range?
  1. Open Culling and choose the Library source.
  2. Select start and end dates.
  3. Tap Load; photos will be fetched in batches.
Why do I see no photos after applying filters?

You may have multiple strict filters enabled at the same time. Turn filter toggles off first, then re-enable them one by one to locate the limiting condition.

How do I enter compare mode?
  1. Double-tap the first photo in Culling.
  2. Double-tap another photo to enter top/bottom comparison.
  3. Long-press for magnifier; vertical swipe to mark the target photo.
How do Bridge compatibility features work?
  1. Enable Bridge compatibility in Culling settings.
  2. Load photos from Folder or SMB/NAS source.
  3. Import Bridge results, or export CSV / write XMP sidecars as needed.
Will the app delete my photos automatically?

No. Deletion happens only when you explicitly choose to delete rejected photos in Library mode and confirm the system prompt.

What is “skip weighting” in Organize mode?

Photos you skip are less likely to reappear in later random sampling. You can clear skip records in Organize settings to reset this behavior.

How are SMB passwords stored?

Host and username history is kept locally, and passwords are stored in iOS Keychain. They are not uploaded to developer servers.
