InfoX 的部分功能依赖系统权限。请检查是否已授予通知、日历、提醒事项权限。若此前拒绝过,可在 iOS 设置中重新开启。
请先确认主应用内数据已成功保存,并检查小组件或手表端是否与主应用使用同一套数据源。如果你刚刚修改过数据,系统可能会有短暂刷新延迟。若持续异常,请附上设备型号和刷新前后的截图反馈。
不同短信模板、运营商格式或票务文本格式可能存在差异。请将脱敏后的原始文本、预期结果和实际结果一起发送到支持邮箱,我们会用于定位解析规则问题。
不会。InfoX 默认仅在设备本地处理和存储数据;如你主动开启 iCloud,同步由 Apple CloudKit 处理,而不是由我们自建服务器接收。
如果你此前已开启 iCloud 并使用同一个 Apple ID,数据通常会通过 Apple 的同步机制在新设备上恢复。若你只使用本地存储且未同步,卸载或更换设备后本地数据可能无法自动迁移。
请先确认你使用的是购买时相同的 Apple ID,并检查网络连接是否正常。如果应用支持恢复购买,请在购买入口尝试恢复;若仍异常,请发送问题截图和购买时间给我们。

Some InfoX features depend on system permissions. Please check whether notifications, calendar, and reminders access has been granted. If you denied them before, you can re-enable them in iOS Settings.
First confirm the latest data has been saved in the main app and that the widget or watch is reading the same data source. System refreshes may be delayed briefly after changes. If the issue persists, send us the device model and before/after screenshots.
Different carriers and message templates may vary. Please send us a redacted copy of the original text, the expected result, and the actual result so we can investigate the parsing rules.
No. InfoX stores and processes data on-device by default. If you enable iCloud, synchronization is handled by Apple CloudKit rather than our own servers.
If you enabled iCloud and use the same Apple ID, your data will usually sync to the new device through Apple services. If you only used local storage without sync, local data may not transfer automatically.
Please make sure you are using the same Apple ID used for the purchase and that your network is working properly. If the app supports restore purchase, try that from the purchase entry point. If it still fails, send us screenshots and the purchase time.
